Curious about a retreat?
It can feel a little daunting to contemplate coming along to a retreat. I have found that knowing what it will be like on a mental health retreat can really help to settle those thoughts.
Not everyone feels comfortable signing up for a therapy retreat and I completely understand why.
That’s why I keep this space small and gentle.
No pressure. No big groups. No overwhelming activities.
Just space to pause, reconnect, and rest with quiet support.
Here are a few FAQs about a Crystal Clear Mental Health Retreat:
How big is the group?
- Our Retreat groups size is no more than 8 people per retreat
Is there downtime?
- There is a pool, sauna and gym at most venues if you'd like time to yourself
Is there a lot of yoga?
- Just two gentle sessions to support your relaxation
I'm not fleible or experienced with yoga. Is that ok?
- Absolutely! Our teacher will adapt things for you and the yoga is not challenging. We have many people on our retreat who have never tried yoga before
I am vegetarian, is that ok?
- Yes, the venue provides a great selection of foods for all requirements, vegetarian and vegan
Do I have to have a full body deep tissue massage?
- Not at all. You can choose just a back, neck or head massage if you'd prefer
Is it open to men too?
- Yes, absolutely! We tend to have 2-3 men on most retreats
Do I have to have dinner with everyone?
- No, your space is your own. Room service is an option if you'd rather have a quiet evening. This only applies to our hotel venue, we tend to eat togerther at the villas and the India retreat but there are always options and we are open to what people need/prefer.
Do I have to stay at the hotel?
You're welcome to stay off-site and come in for retreat days only, (hotel retreat only). This also applies to the houses but would recommend staying at the house for the full connected feel of the retreat, however we are always open to discussing needs as this is your retreat.
Do I get 1-1 therapy?
Yes, you'll have a private session during the retreat (Anxiety and Depression Recovery Retreat), other retreats may involve one to ones as an extra to the retreat main programme.
If you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, this may be the kind of reset you’ve quietly needed.

What our past participants have said about a retreat
It's nice to be around like-minded individuals, to share stories and not feel alone
Taking the time out is invaluable and the mix of coaching, mindfulness and spirituality as well is both thought provoking but relaxing too
A brilliant way to take a break to see what you need in life.
