You keep finding yourself in relationships with people who have narcissitic personalities even though you don't want to be.
You know that you are always putting other people's needs before your own, disregarding your feelings, thoughts and wants or needs. This has been a lifelong habit and you want to change it once and for all.

You have a strained or difficult relationship with your mother

You want to forgive your mother but do not know how, this applies also if she is not longer with us.

You know you can not forgive your mother but want to find some peace of mind for yourself.
