Whether you are moving through menopause, divorce, an empty nest, a career change, or simply feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, this retreat offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
We help you find clarity, emotional grounding, and a way forward — so you can begin to feel happier, stronger, and more aligned with yourself again.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Radical Acceptance, and insights from Vanessa’s book, The REBEL Method, Vanessa Wallace will guide you on a powerful journey from living in your mind to reconnecting with your heart.
Supported by Yoga Therapist and Trauma-Informed Coach Susan Lynch, you will be held in a safe and nurturing environment designed to support deep healing and meaningful transformation.
Together, Vanessa and Susan combine therapeutic, somatic, and restorative practices to help you release old patterns of thinking, regulate stress within the body, reconnect with your core values, and remember who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and life experiences that may have shaped you.
By the end of the retreat, you will leave with practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, a deeper connection to yourself, and renewed hope, clarity, and confidence for the next chapter of your life.

Yoga For Emotional Wellbeing

Our yoga teachers bring not only professional expertise but also personal experience with anxiety, depression and personal struggles, making them deeply attuned to your emotional and physical needs.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

During the retreat, you’ll be introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT),
Also known as "tapping" — a simple yet powerful practice that helps reduce anxiety, release emotional blocks, and bring calm to the body and mind.
EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with mindful attention to difficult thoughts, feelings, or memories. This process helps to regulate the nervous system, ease emotional intensity, and create space for new, more empowering perspectives.

Personalised One to one Counselling/Psychotherapy or CBT sessions

As part of your retreat experience, we offer individual one-to-one sessions with our highly skilled team of psychotherapists and counsellors.
Each therapist is qualified and experienced in counselling, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, providing you with personalised, expert support.
Develop a personalised recovery plan with your allocated therapist
Receive focused guidance to help you integrate the skills and practices from the retreat into your everyday life
Access continued support after the retreat, if you choose to continue your sessions
Ongoing Support Options
Pre-Retreat Sessions: Available on request to help you prepare, feel supported, and set clear intentions before the retreat begins.
Post-Retreat Sessions: We offer optional continued one-to-one support for up to three months after your retreat, either in person, via Zoom, or by telephone—whatever works best for you.
Our one-to-one sessions are a compassionate, flexible way to help you feel truly held—before, during, and after your retreat.

Our group sessions are gently facilitated by Vanessa Wallace and her experienced team, who bring warmth, compassion, and a genuine ‘family feel’ to the retreat. This creates a safe, nurturing environment where you can be open about your feelings, negative thoughts, and personal experiences without fear of judgment.
When you’re with us, you don’t have to wear a mask.
You can simply be yourself—and that is more than enough.

Our Deep Tissue Massages are the perfect way to help you fully relax and settle into your retreat experience.
