"I was going through life doing what most people do on a daily basis with the added twists that life often throws at us. When at the age of 55 I had reached an all-time low not knowing who or what I was. I could not seem to break this cycle of negativity I was in surrounding the loss of my last family member, a job I could not link with and poor health. 
I contacted Vanessa in hope that she would be able to assist me in finding a way forward out of this current state I had got myself into. 
After a consultation with Vanessa, she suggested to me a 12-week course of CBT. After attending a few sessions, the clouds started to lift, and I was able to start to see a way forward for myself. Looking back over the 12-week course I realised I had a lot of other baggage I had not let go off in my life that would need addressing. Why do I need Accountability? 

This is a personal thing I have learnt that good intentions to change are great but commitment to change is really tough. Especially when we are trying to change life long habits. (That’s to do with the brain only trying to protect us). In my personal experience, (because I have suffered with mental health problems), I have needed people to hold my hand, people to be accountable to, people to love me back to wellness because change is hard and I believe that life and emotional change needs support. 
 
When does the programme start? 
 
The programme can start as soon as you are ready to begin. 
 
 
What does it involve? 
 
Weekly or bi-weekly one to one sessions lasting an hour on Zoom or face to face dependent on your location, these can be held during the day, evenings or weekends
