Welcome to Sedgebrook Hall Anxiety & Depression Recovery Retreat
Sedgebrook Hall is a country house just 5 miles from Northampton city centre - located in the charming village of Chapel Brampton, in the heart of the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, and set in 13 acres of picturesque gardens.
The original manor house is a spectacular sight to see and the grounds are ideal for getting a breath of fresh air.
During your stay at our hotel in Northampton, there will be plenty for you to do! When booking on the retreat you will have full access to the leisure facilities, which includes a gym, and heated swimming pool – perfect to unwind and relax.
The food is always great and the hotel and extrememly mindful of accommodating for all food requirements and needs.
The bedrooms are double (single person use) with ensuite bathroom. The rooms are of highly quality and recently upgraded.
We meet in the old part of the house where we have views over the gardens, we are on the top floor so undisturbed by other residents.
The Japanese garden is stunning and a perfect place for some quiet reflection.
