I am also qualified in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
REBT is a form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy but it has a few differences and in my opinion and experience is way more effective.
The reason I learnt it was because it worked so well for me with my anxiety, fears and how hard I used to be on myself.
One of the greatest things I learnt about, was self acceptance and how important it was for me to have that.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help you to identify
and challenge irrational beliefs and thought patterns.

Developed by psychologist Albert Ellis in the 1950s, it is based on the idea that it is not events themselves that cause emotional distress, but rather our interpretation of those
events.

Through REBT, we can learn to recognise and change our self-defeating beliefs, which can lead to more positive feelings and behaviors.

REBT helps to identify negative thought patterns, challenging them, and replacing them with more rational and constructive beliefs. It has been found to be effective for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and addiction.

I offer REBT sessions in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions and it is so good for anxiety, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, ocd and other fears and anxieties.

Below is an example from my book The REBEL method of how REBT helped me.
